SoftNVR-IA Enables OPC Communications between IP Surveillance and Automation Systems

The SoftNVR-IA industrial network video recording software is designed for Moxa IP video servers and cameras. SoftNVR-IA features a built-in OPC server that enables direct communications between factory floor automation systems, such as HMI/SCADA, and Moxa's IP-based network video products. It provides unlimited capability for industrial system integrators to integrate IP surveillance systems with automation systems.
 
Full Featured IP Video Management

SoftNVR-IA can be installed on ordinary x86 personal computers with full functionality of live view, playback, recording, and event management over an IP network. Remote clients can monitor and record live video with up to 32 remote cameras simultaneously from any web browser. When used with VPort series video servers, SoftNVR-IA can handle either analog or digital video sources, and supports various video formats, such as H.264, MPEG4, and MJPEG, for live viewing.

 

Visual Management for Automation Systems

With OPC communication capability, SoftNVR-IA bridges cross-platform communications between Moxa's IP surveillance products and automation systems, making it easy to integrate automation systems and IP video surveillance system with HMI/SCADA applications, and achieve visual management over remote plant sites.
