Participation Agreement
ELIGIBILITY
A company is eligible to become a member of the Moxa Software Partner Program if the company:
-
Be willing to develop customized software solutions that conform to customers’ specifications.

Agrees to work with Moxa to follow up sales leads
-
Capable of developing software for MOXA Embedded Computers.
-
Be knowledgeable
of a particular vertical market: Manufacturing
Automation, Electric Power, Medical, Environment
Monitoring, Transportation, POS, etc..
To remain in good standing as a member of the program, a company
must:
 Provide
current company and contact information.
Supply
consistent product information for posting
on Moxa's website.
Abide by all
member terms and conditions.
HOW
TO PARTICIPATE
To determine if your company is eligible to become a member
of the MOXA Software Partner Program, please complete the online entry
form located at www.moxa.com/uc.
A representative of Moxa Technologies will contact you by e-mail and/or
phone within
7 business days to verify your contact information.
GENERAL
1. Every effort will be made to conduct this program in the manner
intended. However, we reserve the right to modify the rules of the
contest, or cancel the program at any time without advance notice.
In the event that the contest is cancelled, this fact will be promulgated
on the Moxa Software Partner program section of Moxa's website.
2. Each eligible company may only register once for this program. In
the event that entrants issue an e-mail with an attached figure file
as part of their entry, only the first such e-mail received will be
considered.
3. We reserve the right to publicize software solutions that are submitted
as part of entries to this program. By entering this program, you give
Moxa the right to publish your name without compensation to promote
this software partner program.
LEGAL ISSUES
All legal issues related to this program must be settled in the courts
of Taiwan.
