Maximize Radio Coverage with the Right Antenna
Moxa's AWK-6222 series is specially designed for outdoor wireless networking under extreme conditions. Using the correct antenna system can greatly enhance coverage and performance. Knowing which antenna to use and where to place it is crucial for optimizing the overall performance of a Moxa wireless LAN.
 
WLAN Distance Calculator

Moxa offers a variety of antennas in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands for use with both access points and bridges, with each antenna providing different coverage capabilities. Although there is a tradeoff between coverage area and gain, Moxa's WLAN distance calculator provides a valuable tool for optimizing the gain of your antenna based on your coverage area requirements and other factors.
 
The user-friendly Moxa WLAN distance calculator helps you quickly select the best antenna for your application.
After selecting your components (access points, antennas, cables, etc.) the calculator works out the data rates, ranges, and the antenna gain settings that should be entered into the access point.
