Moxa is pleased to announce a new expanded 5-year warranty for most RTU and remote I/O products, effective January 1st, 2011.

“In the data we collected from testing and real-world applications, we discovered that our RTU and remote I/O products were reliable beyond our initial expectations. It just made sense to expand the included warranty,” explained Vincent Liu, director of Moxa Automation, “Our expanded warranty coverage reaffirms our longstanding commitment to our customers, and also attests to the market-leading quality of Moxa’s RTU and remote I/O products. Other providers in this market can usually only offer a two- or three-year warranty with a paid warranty extension option.”  

Products purchased before January 1st, 2011 are also covered retroactively by the new expanded 5-year warranty, effective from the original date of purchase. The 5-year-warranty is subject to Moxa’s existing warranty policies.
