Moxa Inc is pleased to announce the creation of Moxa Automation on January 1st, a new organizational division dedicated specifically to industrial automation. Moxa Automation will harness Moxa’s strong position and existing expertise in industrial networking to deliver market-leading industrial automation solutios.

Since 2005, the Moxa Networking—Data Acquisition and Control division has developed and delivered I/O modules. After five years, Moxa has decided to further increase its investments and focus in the industrial automation market by spinning off Data Acquisition and Control from Moxa Networking into an independent division, Moxa Automation. Moxa Automation will focus on telemetry, remote monitoring, and control applications. Its strengths are IP-based integrated remote monitoring systems for the utility and transportation markets.
