An updated software package is now available for the ioLogik
E2210/E2240. The package includes
ioAdmin
Ver. 2.4 and firmware Ver. 1.5. Download the new software
now from MOXA's website at the following link: http://web4.moxa.com/support/download_center.asp?model=657. (NOTE: After opening the above web page, click Go under "Driver & Software
Downloads.") The following new functions are available
with the new software
package.
- More event types are supported, including continuous event trigger, one-time event, and "on-change" event for digital input. In addition, Click&Go Logic can sense one-time digital input events, such as opening or closing a door, by sensing an OFF-ON or ON-OFF signal change. You may also configure the time interval to handle scenarios such as sensing water level every second.
- Remote IP configuration is supported, allowing you to install the ioLogik E2210/E2240 in the field, and then configure
the IP address later over the network! This new feature
is so powerful that you can configure individual IP addresses,
even when IP conflicts are present. For example, if you
install 10 units directly out of the box, all of the units
will have the same default IP address. The remote IP
configuration feature allows you to locate all 10 units
over the network, and update the IP addresses accordingly.
- Supports low
speed Internet connections. The TCP/IP connection and Active I/O Messaging features support low speed Internet
connections, such as GPRS and UMTS.
- Compatible with MOXA EDS OPC Server Pro. MOXA EDS OPC Server Pro supports SNMP-to-OPC server conversion. By importing
the MIB file into EDS OPC Server Pro, the OPC Client
or SCADA system can access the status of each I/O channel.
- Compatible with "What's UP" SNMP-based management software. The newly compiled MIB file supports the popular What's UP SNMP management software.
Feature Summary
- Supports digital input level trigger and edge trigger modes in Click&Go Logic
- Supports remote IP configuration
- Compatible with Moxa EDS OPC Server Pro
- Compatible with What's UP SNMP-Based management software
