Moxa has released the ioLogik E2260, a new member of the Active Ethernet I/O series that offers six RTD temperature inputs and 4 digital outputs. Click&Go logic is built-in, allowing independent operation with simple local control as well as pro-active network messaging with time stamp. The ioLogik E2260 supports most RTD sensors, including 2 and 3-wire RTD temperature sensors like the PT100 and PT1000, as well as resistance sensors up to 2200 Ohm. The ioLogik E2260 can automatically report the average value of up to six physical channels or the difference between two channels, in real-time without relying on a PC. Furthermore, the ioLogik E2260's DO channels make it possible to connect to PLC systems or establish your own lower-cost, lightweight PLC.
