The
new EDS-205A and EDS-208A are 5 and 8-port entry-level unmanaged
Ethernet switches equipped with 12/24/48 VDC (9.6 to 60 VDC)
and 18 to 30 VAC redundant power inputs that can be connected
simultaneously to live DC/AC power sources. In addition, the
EDS-205A and EDS-208A can operate at temperatures ranging
from -10 to 60°C, and the IP30-rated metal case is rugged
enough for any harsh industrial environment. The EDS-200A
switches also have DIP switches for enabling or disabling
broadcast storm protection, providing another level of flexibility
for a variety of industrial applications.
