Moxa is proud to announce the launch of the new IA260 series embedded computers with 4 RS-232/422/485 serial ports, dual Ethernet ports, 8 digital input channels, 8 digital output channels, VGA output, 2 USB ports, and a CompactFlash socket. The computers are housed in a compact, IP40 protected, industrial-strength aluminum case. In addition to the standard IA260-CE model, the wide temperature (-40 to 75°C) IA260-T-CE model is available for use in harsh industrial automation environments.
The IA260 computers also come with Windows CE 6.0 pre-installed, and support general Windows and .NET 2.0 computing environments. This means that programs developed for standard PC operating systems with tools such Embedded Visual C++ or Visual Studio 2005 can run on the IA261 without much porting effort.
