Moxa has released the new DA-681
x86-based embedded computer for industrial applications. Its
dual power capability makes it especially suited for substation
automation. In addition, the DA-681 supports VGA, 6 Ethernet
ports, 4 RS-232 and 8 RS-485 serial ports with isolation,
CompactFlash, and USB. The patented ''L-type'' heat dissipation
mechanism is exclusive to Moxa and offers better thermal efficiency.
With a standard 19-inch, 1U high form factor and rack mountable
design, the DA-681 makes an ideal platform for industrial
applications.
