  Product Marketing Manager, (m/f), Germany

Description

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) identifies and develops new business opportunities and long-term growth areas, e.g. in defined Vertical Markets, with high focus on Key Accounts (KA), for products and services from the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU), across the MOXA EUROPE (MEU) region. The PMM will work with Prospects and KAs within the targeted markets, to promote and sell assigned SBU’s solutions and develop the relationship. The candidate must have acute business sense to identify major sales opportunity quickly, demonstrate high-level business proficiency, follow through closely the initial phase of the project until the hand-over to the sales team has been completed and support sales throughout the project as needed.

Place of work will be Unterschleißheim, close to Munich/Germany.

Responsibilities

Foster a win-win relationship with assigned KA’s and engineering companies/consultants to create a climate of trust and mutual respect based on technical expertise and high level of service and customer focus, which should result in getting a higher level of Design wins. This should include supporting Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to answer requests for proposal.

Work closely with the RSM to penetrate nominated KAs, support RSM to answer request for proposal and provide suggestions to Business Development Managers (BDM) and SBUs for proper product road maps to develop the Account.

Offer the best solution based on Moxa’s product range to answer the customer needs and act as a technical consultant. This includes project management of product customizations and full custom designs as well as influencing roadmaps through suggestions to the BDM and SBU.

Develop and conduct product and application presentations, technical seminars and technical training sessions for KAs. Travel and be on customer site when needed.

Be knowledgeable and proactively feedback to RSM, BDM and SBU on new markets and products, competitive information and technology trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3 years of Field Application Engineer or pre-sales technical support activities in the industrial automation or industrial networking Market (e.g. CCNA grades).

Computing technology expert (preferably industrial computing topologies) and if possible display and panel pc technology.

Pan-European working experience. Must be able to travel within the responsible territory.

Ability to communicate well with executives of major customers as well as large technical groups.

Fluent (written and spoken) in English and a second (regional) European language.

 Channel Manager, (m/f), Germany

Description

At Moxa Europe the Channel Manager is responsible for managing and executing the channel strategy within the territory of Moxa Europe. You would be expected to define, propose and develop channel programs. In addition, you also need to coordinate channel programs to maximize sales growth.

In this job, you will be working closely with the sales regions to ensure solid execution of channel programs and guidelines. As the process owner for channel development and benchmarking, you will be accountable for maintaining a strong mind share with the channel partners and maximizing company’s business share, using a foundation based on long term win-win partnership principles.

Place of work will be Unterschleißheim, close to Munich/Germany.

Responsibilities

Be the owner for Moxa Europe channel strategy and development.

Design, propose and coordinate Channel programs.

Support (by process and program) regional sales team to increase the channel coverage of its region.

Help the regional sales to identify and eliminate Channel gaps.

Be the primary interface or window for all processes belonging to Channel management.

Foster a win-win relationship with Channels and secure a climate of trust and mutual respect.

Co-work with sales to monitor the competency level of Channels and continuously optimize the channel programs to effect improvement.

Be the expert in Channel management and sales through a systematic focus partners.

Be accountable for Channel benchmarking.

Work closely with Moxa Europe Regional Sales, Global Marketing, BDM, Sales Operations, technical Services and Management to ensure efficient sales of Moxa products.

Be knowledgeable and proactive to feedback on new market, product, competitive information and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Channel management and development experience, preferably in industrial automation, industrial networking or industrial computing.

Proven success in channel development, channel generation and value added sales techniques to decision makers.

MS Office.

Familiarity in using CRM tools is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills.

Bi-lingual in German, French is preferred.

 Key Account Manager Rail Business, (m/f), Germany

Description

The Key Account Manager develops selected key accounts in the rail market. He/she coordinates the key accounts activities at European or global level in cooperation with other regional sales teams. He/she develops and executes the key account sales strategies and programs to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction. His/her goal is to develop and maintain a strong mind share within the key account and maximize company’s business, with long term win-win partnership and trust as the foundation. He/she is talented at understanding customer needs and requirements, and actively involves different parties to provide client value to meet customer needs.

Place of work will be Unterschleißheim, near Munich.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets within the assigned key accounts by fostering a win-win relationship through a climate of trust and client value.

Develop the sales strategy and tactical plan for the key accounts aimed at achieving three to five years sales targets.

Establish a solid network of relationships with the key decision makers of the assigned key accounts across Europe and its main suppliers.

Establish a solid network of internal relationships with sales and product business units to manage accurately key accounts expectations and Moxa’s deliverables.

Monitor, identify, analyze and act on key accounts strategies, growth initiatives, and needs to position Moxa’s solutions as the first choice.

Requirements

Engineering background or equivalent combination.

5 years minimum of working experience in sales in the industrial or railway market.

Working experience in railway technology consulting or engineering might be a plus.

Experience in an intercultural business environment.

German (native level), English (fluent written and spoken).

MS Office.

 Business Development Manager, (m/f), Germany

Description

At Moxa Europe the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing Vertical Markets, with high focus on Key Accounts, for Moxa’s industrial computing solutions across European region.

This position will also assume the people management responsibility to develop a team for the dedicated product group with existing and new customers in the targeted Vertical Markets and Key Accounts.

In this job, you will be working closely with the Moxa’s global product department, sales regions within Europe and marketing department to ensure solid execution of business development initiatives.

Place of work will be Unterschleißheim, close to Munich/Germany.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to be accountable for industrial computing business in European region including revenue responsibility.

Adapt, influence and implement product strategy in European market. Develop the regional business development plan for the assigned product group, and align with marketing, sales teams, and regional management.

Develop business in Moxa’s strategic targeted vertical markets and key accounts by means of continuous learning and understanding the specific market needs, technology trend, emerging standards, customer needs and competitions.

Clearly identify and set product positioning, value propositions and pricing of solutions in European region through profiling future product needs within the specific market segmentation, key account and key project needs.

Responsible for defining Moxa’s customer value proposition for the product group, researching and understanding the industry value chain, pain points, agenda, legislation and anticipate industry trends.

Obtain and communicate the regional market intelligence back to Product Development Team to enhance the product strategy.

Proactively support sales team in their efforts to implement Moxa’s business development strategy through continuous training, projects and key account support and promotional activities.

Proactively search for new business opportunities with existing and new customers in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.

Represent Moxa at key industry events, trade shows and in on line forums and blogs.

10+ years working experience in related industries, especially in Industrial PC area.

7+ years of pan-European working experience.

5+ years of Business Development experience.
