Inside Sales Representative

 

Inside Sales Representative

Position Objective Support the General Manager and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in directing sales channels (distributors) to achieve sales goals in India. Efficiently and effectively coordinate sales activities between channels and Moxa. Be responsible for bookkeeping and office administration.
Major Area of Responsibility
  • Sales Leads Handling
    • Efficiently track and qualify sales leads
    • Distribute all incoming leads and enquiries to channels within the assigned sales region.
    • Assist RSM's in the follow up and contact to customers and distributors

  • Sales/Marketing Support
    • Support Sales and Marketing activities/events to ensure them successfully conducted.
    • Support RSM's in customer meeting scheduling
    • Contact window for order processing team in Moxa Taiwan
  • CRM System and report
    • Create and issue regular sales reports/channel reports, as required.
    • Keep CRM system (salesforce.com) updated with necessary data.
  • Office Administration
    • Verify accuracy of all receipts, payments in consist with the application.
    • Working with minimum supervision, ensure the bookkeeping statement correct.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience Requirements
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Office applications, in particular an excellent command of Excel.
  • 2 years of sales support or similar working experience.
  • 1 year of call center working experience in multination national companies is preferred.
  • Familiar with operating CRM system, salesforce.com, is preferred.
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English.
    Education Requirements
  • University with major in Business Administration.
  • Successful secondary education and vocational training.
