| Description |
The Business Development Manager (BDM) identifies and develops Vertical Markets, with high focus on Key Accounts, for Moxa’s Embedded Computing solutions across EMEA region. This position will focus on Prospects or Key Accounts within the targeted Vertical Markets, to deliver Moxa’s Embedded Computing solutions and develop Key Account relationship. The candidate must have acute sense to identify major sales opportunity quickly, demonstrate senior-level business proficiency, follow through closely the entire sales cycle, and close the sales efficiently by coordinating all necessary Moxa resources. The BDM will transition Sales into established Key Accounts to continue the long term Key Account management. |
| Responsibilities |
|
Achieve sales targets and goals for Embedded Computing business in EMEA region through selling Embedded Computing solutions to targeted Vertical Market and Key Accounts in Power and Transportation. |
|
Target the specific vertical market and develop the right business model to develop these markets through understanding the specific vertical market and technology trend, emerging standards, customer needs and competition. |
|
Funnel development for Embedded Computing sales opportunities in Key Projects and existing Key Accounts through co-working with Sales, channel or direct contact to have a good understanding of Key Accounts organizational structure, project status, business plan and long term strategies. |
|
Develop and align Embedded Computing business plans and implement Strategic Business Unit (SBU) strategies in EMEA region through co-working closely with SBU and communicating all observations timely. |
|
Clearly identify and set product positioning, value propositions and pricing of solutions in EMEA region through profiling future product needs within the specific market segmentation, key account and key project needs. |

| Qualifications |
|
Bachelor's degree in the field of IT / Communication Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
|
3 years of working experience in Europe. |
|
5 years working experience in Embedded Computing industry. Industrial Ethernet background preferred. |
|
3 years of Key Account sales or Business Development experience. |
|
Fluent (written and spoken) in English. Italian, Spanish or French is a plus |

Key Account Manager (m/f)-
Central Region(Germany)
| Description |
The Key Account Manager steers and develops dedicated key account customer in the assigned region (DACH). Coordinate key account customer activities on European level in cooperation with other regional sales teams. Design, suggest and execute Key Account sales programs to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction in dedicated vertical markets. Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong mind share with the key account customers and maximize company’s business, with long term win-win partnership as the foundation. Understand customer requirements and actively involve different departments to fulfill customer needs.
The Key Account business is based on win-win partnership and trust is the foundation for a long term successful relationship.

| Responsibilities |
|
Objective is to achieve/exceed sales targets within the assigned key accounts by fostering a win-win relationship with all assigned key accounts and secure a climate of trust and mutual respect. |
|
Suggest and develop the sales strategy/regional sales plan for the key accounts in the assigned region. |
|
Implement the strategy that covers reasonable long-term sales across all Moxa product lines at the key account. |
|
Be the primary sales interface or window to the assigned key account by doing key account visits. |
|
Continually monitor the requirements/ marked demand of key account and make timely recommendations to effect improvement. |

Work closely with Moxa Business Development Department to ensure efficient sales of products and market feedback. |

| Qualifications |
|
Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
|
8 years of working experience. |
|
5 years of sales experience. |
|
Experience in Central European business practice and strategic account development is a must. |
|
Experience in Industrial Automation infrastructure is an advantage. |
|
Ability to schedule and host strategic meetings and presentations for key accounts. |
|
Active participation at trade shows. |
|
Demonstrate sound and good business judgment. |
|
Hunter/farmer mentality: 80/20%. |

Be ready to travel frequently. |
