Regional Sales Engineer (RSE) – U.S. Northern California Region City
| Description | The Regional Sales Engineer (RSE) is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. RSE’s are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the Insides Sales Team, Product Marketing Team as well as the Technical Support Team to promote Moxa’s products. The RSE must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. They must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. They must also be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. |

Embedded Computer Application Engineer
| Description | The Embedded Computer Application Engineer will provide field application support for Embedded Computer (EC) pre-sales efforts. The ECAE will work with end-users, software partners, distributors and headquarter engineers to develop specifications for EC projects and demonstrate ‘proof of concept’ solutions. Activities include customer presentations, creating demos or prototypes, and assisting customers in the evaluation and implementation of Moxa products. Other duties include providing technical support for post-sales EC activity to end-users and distributors including software support and hardware product testing. Ensures customer expectations are set properly and that all information required from the customer is provided in a timely manner. |
