Overview
The V464 embedded computer is based on the AMD x86 processor, and features 4 serial ports, quad LAN ports, 4 USB 2.0 hosts, and CompactFlash. A VGA interface is included, making the V464 particularly well-suited for industrial applications such as SCADA and factory automation.
The V464's 4 serial ports make the computer ideal for connecting a wide range of serial devices, and the quad 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports offer a reliable solution for network redundancy, promising continuous operation for data communication and management. In addition, the CompactFlash and USB sockets provide the V464 with the reliability needed for industrial applications that require data buffering and storage expansion.
The V464 comes with the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 operatingsystem already installed. WinCE 6.0 provides programmers with afriendly environment for developing sophisticated, bug-free applicationsoftware at a lower cost.
