Release Note:

1. Support Windows Vista.

2. Supports SERIAL_LSRMST_ESCAPE and SERIAL_LSRMST_MST event types of
    IOCTL_SERIAL_LSRMST_INSERT request.

3. Bugfix: Fixed adding com256 failed problem.

4. Bugfix: GetCommStatus caused BSOD on multi-processor platforms.

5. Bugfix: Driver read operation caused double completion (BSOD) on multi-processor
    platforms.

6. Bugfix: Modem dial out caused system halted on multi-processor platforms.

7. Fixed IOCTL and Driver Unload BSOD bug.

8. Fixed IOCTL_SERIAL_XOFF_COUNTER bug to prevent from system halt.

9. Bugfix: Write operation may cause BSOD due to access null pointer.

10. Bugfix: Registry settings are incorrect when COM port number exceeds 127.

11. Fixed npbc.txt error. "ModelName" setting is not needed.
