Brea, Calif. – February 1, 2010 – Moxa is pleased to announce that Control Engineering has chosen the ToughNet TN-5518 as the winner in the "Ethernet Hardware" category of the 2010 Engineers'Choice Awards. The EDS-691 Series Managed Ethernet Switch was named the runner up in the "Ethernet Hardware" category for a clean sweep of the category.

The flagship, TN-5518, is a 16+2G-port M12 IP40/IP67 managed Ethernet switch with IP40/IP67 certified metal housing. It comes with isolated redundant power inputs with universal 12VDC/24VDC/36VDC/48VDC, 72VDC/96VDC/110VDC, or 110VDC/VAC / 220VDC/VAC power supply range and two-port flexibility of Gigabit/Fast Ethernet copper/fiber ports.
