Moxa’s Statement Regarding COVID-19

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, an element of uncertainty exists with regards to Moxa’s supply chain based in China. At present, Moxa continues to process orders as normal and a number of preventive measures are in place to ensure uninterrupted factory operation. Moxa is also closely monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will take appropriate measures if necessary.

Moxa has also adopted a number of policies to protect our employees from the risk of infection. These measures include increased sanitation standards in all working areas, suspending all international business travel until further notice, cancelling all nonessential group events, providing employees with options to work remotely, and enabling employees with mobile work tools and capabilities.

Furthermore, Moxa is concerned about the health of its customers, and urges them to take special care with regards to their well-being during this critical period, as good health is one of the most critical building blocks of a long-lasting relationship.
