Moxa Technical Support Certification (MTSC) ensures that all customers receive the most up-to-date assistance with their Moxa products by constantly updating the expertise of our distributor partners.

To obtain certification, engineers are required to attend regular training sessions led by Moxa’s own technical experts every year, and must pass a series of tests. At present, over 180 distributors are MTSC-qualified.
