The following error messages that could appear


This problem could arise if the NPort's COM port driver is still performing the previous operation. In this case, you could see one of the above error message while installing or upgrading NPort Administrator Suite.

The quickest way to resolve this problem is to restart your Windows PC to release the COM port driver, and then re-install NPort Administrator Suite.
