Secure Router EDR and TN Series Improper Input Validation Vulnerabilities

Successful exploitation of the improper input validation vulnerability could allow a remote attacker to cause a buffer overflow that crashes the web service.

TN-5916 Series Firmware v3.2 or lower.
TN-4900 Series Firmware v1.0 or lower.

 

Solutions:

Moxa has developed appropriate solutions to address the vulnerabilities. The solutions for affected products are shown below.

EDR-810 Series Please upgrade to firmware v5.12.13 or higher.
EDR-G902 Series Please upgrade to firmware v5.7.9 or higher.
EDR-G903 Series Please upgrade to firmware v5.7.11 or higher.
TN-5916 Series Please upgrade to firmware v3.3 or higher.
TN-4900 Series Please contact Moxa Technical Support for the security patch.
