See How Moxa Embedded Computers Passed EN50155

Moxa is pleased report that its portfolio of embedded computing products has passed EN50155 certification, which verifies that they excel in the harsh and demanding conditions of railway operations.

EN50155 certification applies to the class of electronic equipment installed on rail vehicles that uses either an accumulator battery or a low voltage power supply source, with the exception of electronic power circuits, which are covered by EN50207. EN50155 sets a consistent benchmark for equipment's operation, design, construction, and testing conditions, as well as basic hardware and software requirements.

Moxa's railway series computers are EN50155-certified and undergo environmental testing to ensure reliable performance under a variety of power supply conditions, such as voltage variations, power interruptions, and supply changeover. The computers can also withstand environmental disturbances, including vibration, shock, and temperature variations.
