簡介

MGate 5122 是一款工業乙太網路閘道器，用於將 CANopen、J1939 及專有 CAN (CAN 2.0A/B) 轉換為 EtherNet/IP 網路通訊。若要將現有的 CAN 型裝置整合於 EtherNet/IP 網路，可將 MGate 5122 作為 CAN Master 來收集資料，並與 EtherNet/IP 掃描器進行資料交換。所有機型均採用堅固且精巧的金屬外殼保護，並可安裝於 DIN 導軌。堅固設計適用於各種工業應用，例如工廠自動化、程序自動化及電力應用。

 

輕鬆配置

MGate 5122 閘道器提供網頁主控台，無需安裝額外的工具即可輕鬆配置。 此外，HTTPS 通訊加密可確保更高的網路安全性。

在多數資料擷取應用中，CANopen 裝置的配置既耗時又會增加成本。MGate 5122 閘道器提供 EDS 檔案匯入功能，且使用者可自動掃描 CANopen 裝置，有助於快速完成設定。MGate 閘道器針對 CAN 提供可透過軟體配置的終端電阻設定，無需拆開機殼即可調整，進而減少工作量。

 

輕鬆排除故障

MGate 5122 閘道器提供多種維護功能以減少故障排除的時間與成本，包括 LED 指示燈、通訊協定診斷、流量監控以及標籤檢視。這些工具有助於擷取並檢查資料，以便輕鬆識別問題的根本原因，尤其是在安裝階段。MGate 閘道器也提供狀態監控和失效防護功能。CAN 裝置中斷連線或無回應時，狀態監控功能會通知 PLC/DCS/SCADA 系統，程序 PLC/DCS 取得每台終端裝置的狀態，並發出警報通知操作員。當主機連線中斷時，故障保護功能會執行使用者預先設定的動作，以避免終端設備長時間離線。
