簡介

MGate 5192 是一款工業通訊協定閘道器，用於將 IEC 61850 MMS 轉換為 Modbus RTU/ASCII/TCP、DNP3 串列/TCP/UDP、IEC 60870-5-101 或 IEC 60870-5-104 通訊。若要將現有的 IEC 61850 裝置（例如 IED 或繼電器）整合至 Modbus、DNP3、IEC 101 或 IEC 104 網路，可將 MGate 5192 作為 IEC 61850 MMS 用戶端，與 Modbus RTU/ASCII/TCP、DNP3 串列/TCP/UDP、IEC 60870-5-101 或 IEC 60870-5-104 的 SCADA/裝置進行資料收集與交換。 所有型號均有強固而輕巧的金屬外殼加以保護，可使用 DIN 導軌安裝，而且提供內建串列隔離。堅固的設計適用於變電站與再生能源相關應用等工業領域。

 

輕鬆配置

MGate 5192 閘道器提供網頁主控台，無需安裝工具即可輕鬆配置。 此外，HTTPS 通訊加密可確保更高的網路安全性。在多數資料擷取應用中，使用 Modbus 指令配置裝置既耗時又會增加成本。 MGate 5192 閘道器提供透過 CSV 檔案進行離線配置的功能，有助於快速完成 Modbus 設定。MGate 閘道器針對 RS-485 2 線式通訊提供可透過軟體配置的拉高/拉低電阻與終端電阻設定，無需拆開機殼即可調整，進而減少工作量。

 

輕鬆排除故障

MGate 5192 閘道器提供多種維護功能以減少故障排除的時間與成本，包括 LED 指示燈、通訊協定診斷、流量監控以及標籤檢視。這些工具有助於擷取並檢查資料，以便輕鬆識別問題的根本原因，尤其是在安裝階段。MGate 閘道器也提供狀態監控和失效防護功能。IEC 61850 裝置中斷連線或無回應時，狀態監控功能會通知 SCADA 系統，程序 PSCADA 取得每台終端裝置的狀態，並發出警報通知操作員。故障保護功能可保留最新資料，並停止向 IEC 61850 設備輸出資料。當 SCADA 中斷連線時，終端設備將維持最後操作狀態，不會進入離線狀態。
