製品紹介

MGate 5192シリーズは、IEC 61850 MMSをModbus RTU/ASCII/TCP、DNP3シリアル/TCP/UDP、IEC 60870-5-101、またはIEC 60870-5-104通信に変換する産業用プロトコルゲートウェイです。IEDやリレーなどの既存のIEC 61850デバイスをModbus、DNP3、IEC 101、またはIEC 104ネットワークに統合するには、MGate 5192シリーズをIEC 61850 MMSクライアントとして使用し、Modbus RTU/ASCII/TCP、DNP3シリアル/TCP/UDP、IEC 60870-5-101、またはIEC 60870-5-104 SCADA/デバイスとデータを収集および交換します。 すべてのモデルは、堅牢でコンパクトな金属筐体で保護され、DINレールに取り付け可能で、シリアル絶縁を内蔵しています。堅牢な設計により、変電所や再生可能エネルギー関連アプリケーションなどの産業用途に適しています。

 

簡単な設定

MGate 5192シリーズは、追加ユーティリティをインストールせずに簡単に設定できるWebコンソールを備えています。 通信のHTTPS暗号化により、ネットワークのセキュリティが強化されます。 また、MGateゲートウェイは、RS-485 2線式用のソフトウェア設定可能なプルアップ/ダウンおよび終端抵抗設定を提供し、筐体を開ける必要をなくすことで工数を削減します。

 

簡単なトラブルシューティング

MGate 5192シリーズは、LEDインジケータ、プロトコル診断、トラフィック監視、タグビューなど、トラブルシューティングの時間とコストを削減するためのさまざまなメンテナンス機能を提供します。これらのツールは、特に導入段階において、データをキャプチャして確認し、問題の根本原因を簡単に特定するのに役立ちます。MGate 5123シリーズは、状態監視機能および障害保護機能も備えています。状態監視機能は、IEC 61850デバイスの接続が切断されている場合や応答しない場合にその状態をSCADAシステムに通知します。この場合、プロセスSCADAは各エンドデバイスのステータスを取得し、アラームを出してオペレータに通知します。障害保護機能は、IEC 61850デバイスへの出力データを送信せずに、最新のデータを保持します。SCADAが切断されても、エンドデバイスは最後の操作を維持し、オフラインになりません。
