製品紹介

MGate 4101-MB-PBSゲートウェイは、PROFIBUS PLC（Siemens S7-400やS7-300 PLCなど）とModbusデバイスの間の通信ポータルを提供します。QuickLink機能を利用すると、I/Oマッピングをわずか数分で行うことができます。全てのモデルは頑丈な金属製のケースで保護され、DINレールに取り付け可能で、オプションの内蔵光学絶縁機能を提供します。

QuickLinkとWindowsユーティリティによるセットアップとトラフィックの監視の簡易化

QuickLinkのWindowsユーティリティは、シリアルコンソールポートを使用して、MGate 4101-MB-PBSへ接続し、設定と操作を最大限簡単にします。QuickLinkを利用すると、ModbusリクエストをAutoLearning機能でパッシブに検出することにより、設定をわずか数分で行えます。これは、AutoMapping機能により、エラーのないI/Oマッピングを実行します。QuickLinkは、完了に何日もかかることがよくあった従来のI/Oマッピングと比べたとき、Modbus - PROFIBUS統合の時間を大幅に短縮化することができます。さらに、埋め込み型の監視ツールにより、Modbus通信パケットのログを維持し、トラブルシューティングの際に役立つことができます。

冗長電源入力

MGate 4101-MB-PBSには、信頼性を向上するために、デュアル電源入力が用意されています。この電源入力を利用すると、2つのライブDC電源への同時接続が可能になり、1つの電源が障害を起こしても、操作を継続することができます。高レベルの信頼性により、これらの高度なModbus - PROFIBUSゲートウェイは要件の高い産業用アプリケーションにとって最適なソリューションとなっています。

リレー出力による警告

リレー出力は電源入力のステータスに対して提供されます。リレー出力は、メンテナンスエンジニアが、トラブルシューティングやメンテナンスの際に利用する追加のツールとなっています。
